The health status of Kenyan tycoon Chris Kirubi appears to be getting better if the latest photo that has surfaced on social media is anything to go by.
Since he returned to Kenya from specialized treatment in the United States in March, the billionaire businessmen looked frail in some of the photos shared online.
An image captured in March with Radio Africa’s chairman Kiprono Kittony in particular sent shock waves among online users as it showed Kirubi looking quite frail. He also did not look to be in good shape when opposition leader Raila Odinga visited him at his residence in Nairobi in May.
In a picture shared on Twitter on Wednesday, the industrialist now looks much improved and Kenyans on social media noticed it. The photo was shared by Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho.
“Happy to meet my good friend CKirubi in great spirit. I wish him well. The mega investment that Centum_Inv is undertaking at the Coast is highly welcome,” Joho said in a tweet on Wednesday.
@Sandrahnk said: “Mr. Kirubi is looking better. May God continue the healing works.”
“He looks much better hoping he gets well soon…I only hope that part of the development will include a hospital,” @ChinaSamoc said.
“Glad to see him look better. Quick recovery CK,’ @FatakanwaS noted.
