A tense atmosphere gripped Nakuru Town as police officers entered a church with forceful intent, dispersing protestors seeking refuge there.

Security cameras capture the officers searching the church for protestors, while congregants on the podium cowered on the floor in fear. Church leadership report that the incident occurred during an afternoon prayer service with Reverend Patriciah Benson leading at the time. Shockingly, live ammunition was used by the police against the protestors, prompting strong condemnation from the church’s bishop regarding the excessive use of force.

“Why shoot live bullets and beat people in our Church, we had our normal lunch hour service. Rev Patriciah Benson was praying for members. As the Bishop of Chosen Generation Church I condemn this act of excessive use of force by the police,” said the Bishop.

Notably, no injuries or casualties were reported during this confrontation. This event unfolded amidst a wave of nationwide demonstrations. In Nairobi, police resorted to tear gas to disperse protestors expressing discontent with the current state of national affairs. Baringo County saw similar demonstrations with protestors marching to Governor Benjamin Cheboi’s office in Kabarnet, demanding an audience and voicing their disillusionment with his leadership.

In Makueni, two individuals were tragically killed and numerous others sustained gunshot wounds during anti-government demonstrations in Tuesday. Eyewitnesses report that the victims were shot by police officers at Mjini Road within Kibwezi Township on Tuesday. At least five other demonstrators were injured by gunfire and are currently receiving treatment at the Amref Kibwezi hospital in the Kibwezi subcty. After the shootings, which occurred around 3:00 pm, protesters rushed the two deceased individuals to the Amref Kibwezi hospital, only to be informed that they had already succumbed to their injuries.

  1. I request all “Church…
I request all “Church attending addicts” to kindly use their “Critical Thinking Skills” about what the late Son Of Mariam said especially about how to pray and where to pray. Please read the following passage in the Jewish Book of prayer.

    MATTHEW 6: 6 – 8

    New International Version

6 But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you. 7 And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words. 8 Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him.

If you use properly your brain, you will see that, there is absolutely no reason to go to a man-built structure and pretend to be praying when the son of Mariam showed you how to pray and where to pray.

If you are a close friend of Ndugu yetu Kipchichir Samoei Cherop Ruto, you should read Matthew 6: 6 -8 to him so that he can stop wasting the taxpayers money by using his gas guzzling vehicles in an attempt to go to a man-built fake building to pray.

Critical Thinking Skills are needed 24/7 in everything that we say and do.
