Raburu is renowned for hosting the TV show “10 over 10” on Citizen TV and the radio show “Mid Morning” on Hot 96. He was born in 1989 in Nairobi, Kenya, and attended St. Mary’s School in Nairobi before studying Communication at Moi University. After graduation, Raburu worked as a news reporter at Citizen TV, where he was quickly promoted to a 1 pm news anchor and later a prime-time news presenter.
He then moved to Hot 96 to host the “Mid Morning” show before becoming the host of “10 Over 10” in 2020 which became one of the most popular TV shows in Kenya. Aside from his involvement in media, Raburu has been working with different companies in enhancing their advertising and communication techniques. He also serves as a social media influencer with an almost one million-strong followership across different platforms. In July, Nairobi Governor Sakaja appointed him as the Communications Director to handle his press relations as well as establish philanthropic relationships with media personalities and influencers.
