Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko Appointed Good Deeds Goodwill Ambassador

A global organization based in Isreal has appointed Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko as the Good Deeds Goodwill ambassador.

Speaking when he visited Sonko at his office in City Hall, Nairobi, Good Deeds Global CEO Kaynan Rabino has commended the Governor for his support towards various communities and for the city beautification project.

“We have been watching various videos on YouTube, you are a leader who should be emulated by many. People should not take your generosity for granted because what you have done so far is very commendable,” says Rabino.

Rabino has also announced that the global organization will partner with Governor Sonko to host the Good Deeds Conference on April 7th, 2019.

Sonko has assured the Good Deeds Global delegation of his commitment to ensuring that the lives of city residents are improved.

“My aim is to leave a legacy,” Sonko says.

Sonko has sponsored several charity events including donations and free medical clinics through his Sonko Rescue Team organization, which was named best NGO in the country in 2017 by the NGO coordination board.

  1. What do we do with our…
What do we do with our rotten “saints”? Robin Hood stole from the rich and gave to the poor. Sonko, William Kabogo,Hassan Joho,Harun Mwau etc, created havoc and destroyed many lives in their drug dealing criminal activities.(ref; 2011 Kenya.co.ke-US embassy named them drug trafficking persons). This is the paradox of wananchi: we are victims of the corrupt elite class of our leaders and professionals: MP’s, MCA’s, senators, governors, judiciary, lawyers, engineers, etc; yet we are amazed and awed when they flash their high end vehicles and opulence life style-curtsey of our hard earned tax money. We adore them for having the wit to find a niche in our rotten corrupt society where they can unashamedly rip us off, then throw us some crumbs , calling it their generosity and legacy building. Sonko and co, you can fool the likes of Israel Good Deeds Goodwill and you can flaunt the accolades they heap on you but know that you cannot hoodwink the true Kenyans. We’re are watching you and when we come calling, every shilling, every morsel of bread you have snatched from the mouths of our poor children and every life you have destroyed shall be repaid many times over. God don’t like ugly.

Sonko rules. He is practical no mater how small an effort he puts forth to make things better. I wish everyone, including the son of Jomo was putting forth that much effort and attitude towards improving things. He is not perfect though.
    Go Sonko!

  3. He deserves the title, I’ll…
He deserves the title, I’ll give him that! He is a natural giver. Very generous. Lakini, he still needs to vacate the governor’s office as he has failed to deliver. BTW, does anyone know if these people’s performance is appraised?

  4. Does source of wealth matter…
Does source of wealth matter when you decide to be generous? For example can you rob a bank, sell drugs to addicts, or steal from tax payers to give to the poor or donate to the church etc. A crime is a crime and any effort to sanitize it shows how hypocrital one is and in this case the Israel org. Begs the question, what do they want in return?

The stone the builders(read elitist) rejected has become the capstone
