Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka has announced he will be on the presidential ballot in the 2022 general elections.
Musyoka says the famous March 9th handshake between President Kenyatta and opposition leader Raila Odinga will not stop him from pursuing his State House ambition.
“The journey to Canaan is still there,” Musyoka said in Wundanyi, Taita Taveta County while attending a thanksgiving ceremony for Member of Parliament Danson Mwashako.
“My friend Raila said they reached River Jordan and saw crocodiles. Recently, Mr Ruto said that nowhere in the Bible does it say there are crocodiles in River Jordan.”
Kalonzo further notes that his party recognizes the leadership of President Kenyatta and will continue to support the government especially on the war against graft and uniting the country.
“I told President Kenyatta that if he blinks now, he cannot talk of a legacy. Nobody should be spared. Nobody should be above the law.”
Musyoka ran for the presidency in 2007 but came third behind retired President Mwai Kibaki and = Raila Odinga. In the 2013 and 2017 elections, he run for the presidential seat as Odinga’s running mate.

Sir do you want to be president or just in ballot box/paper the two I guess are two different ambitions
I agree with you. There must…
I agree with you. There must be something about apeering in the ballot just for the sake. Kalonzo cannot and will not overcome the tribal arithmetic. Get yourself an appointment like Raila’s with an international body and then ride it to retirement.
It’s a Halloween joke don’t…
It’s a Halloween joke don’t take him seriously ????
