A man has been incarcerated at a Kisii Court purportedly forcing his eldest son to have sex with his mother. Justus Obwocha Motiso is alleged to have committed the immoral offence at his home at Bonyagatanyi sub-location in Kisii County on June 1.
Evidence presented before the court said that Motiso undressed his wife before his children, tied her with a chain on the legs, hands and neck before pushing his eldest son to have sex with her.
The Judge declined to grant Motiso bail on fears that the public could attack him in retaliation.
Motiso denied the charges, but the court ordered he be held at the Kisii Prison until June 20 this year when the case will be mentioned and hearing on July 13.
The courtroom was congested as curious residents attended to listen to the hearing.

I like your religion “Science” because of its desire for more knowledge through research. The scientists are not satisfied with the contemporary information. When I abandoned christianity, first I stopped “praying” before I went to sleep, woke up, or had a meal the way I was taught to worship the Jewish god. I have come to this conclusion: First, the god the muslims and christians worship is a man-made god. He is ruthless, violent, and disrespects women. Just read the koran and the bible (which I have read) and you will probably come to the same conclusion about them. My definition of a christian or a muslim is basically a person who has not read the bible or the koran.
Second, after making several and endless observations on many forms of life, I have seen a pattern of behavior among all living organisms. This is what I think (temporarily), there is a force behind all creations. I don’t think the little brain of the human being will n be able to fully comprehend or decipher the wonders of creations. I will not waste my precious time here on earth trying to dissect and understand the forces behind all visible and invisible creations on earth and beyond. The gift of Creation in all living organisms is the brain. It is this brain when fully utilized is making it possible for us to communicate electronically and exchanging ideas without having met. It is this same brain which has made Africans lag behind as a result of not taking advantage of the same brain that every human possesses in order to solve our daily and basic necessities of life.
The Turkana people are dying of hunger while a lake of fresh water lies just 7 meters below the surface of the land. Why can’t our myopic and greedy politicians invest in technology that can make us self sufficient in our food production. Right now, I think our greatest enemy that we have in Africa is christianity and islam. Why? These two religions want us to live the way the people lived 3,000 years ago! Do you remember jesus riding on a donkey? If he were alive now he would ride on a “Matatu” or a ” bodaboda.” These two crooked and shallow religions don’t teach their sycophants to take responsibility for their immediate life here on earth. It is absurd to find an adult who has gone to school and still believes in “heaven'” and “hell.”
In conclusion, I am like you. We need to use our brains by changing our curriculum to reflect “cause and effect” approach in life. We should not worry where Adam or Eve came from when we cannot feed ourselves and the children we bring into this hostile word.
In schools, we should focus on teaching STEM (science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) subjects like what the Chinese people did. It is a shame that 53 years after independence we cannot even manufacture a “needle!”
