  1. Thanks Makori. And something…
Thanks Makori. And something else, if they issue you with a title deed, scan it and send it to anybody in Kenya to do search. By the way search is FREE now. That way, you will rest assured that the document is for real. Kenyans make any document along Kirinyaga and River road. Its so real and fake(ly) authentic. The fear and experiences I have had with Kenyans since I relocated in February this year is to say the least scaring. What you are reading from the media about NYS, Sugar, Maize, rice, pipeline, KPLC, governors etc is exactly where we are as a country: Very crafty Kenyans eyeing on every opportunity to make a kill, without spending a penny, or even putting any effort. All these waves of oooh, we help you own this or that, with thousands of dollars spent on adverts and air tickets is suspect. It started with with Bishop Ngare Gakuyo, why is he so queit now? Now comes this hyperactive young Optiven guy. Look at how many wire transfer companies have increased tenfold. And also the way banks like Equity, Coop, KCB, CBA etc are gunning of our money. If you suspect anything, just invest in America.Mmmmmmm!

Just be cautious people. When the deal is too good, too real, honest, think twice. From Gakuyo to land for sale in Limuru and elsewhere, from the collapsed F.E.B who went under: think again. I suggest you buy any land or plot through a bank. They dig deeper and make sure documents are clean. Then you can pay it off after a convenient period of time.

  3. Many Kenyans in the …
Many Kenyans in the (especially Kikuyus) have been Taken advantage and Literally fleeced of their Hard earned Money. So: Buyer beware.

    • If you have been fleeced,…
If you have been fleeced, tell us your story. Do not pretend to talk on behalf of others. They can speak for themselves.
