Kenyan real estate firm Optiven Group has opened a new office in the United States as part of its continued efforts to capture diaspora investors.
Optiven Chief Executive Officer George Wachiuri oversaw the opening of the new office in Kansas City as the company celebrated its 20th anniversary in the real estate sector.
“It is a humbling experience for us at Optiven Group when we transform the society by making life better for the young and old, the vulnerable and the able, and all across the stakeholders. We are satisfied that with the life empowerment through building houses for the poor – we are making a difference one life at a time,” Wachiuri said during the opening of the new office.
The CEO thanked Kenyans abroad for their continued show of trust in investing with Optiven saying the firm has more projects lined up for the diaspora.
“This is the beginning of our signature improved services to our valued customers in North America.” he said.
Wachiuri has led Optiven team in issuing hundreds of title deeds to diaspora investors in the US over the last few weeks.
“We want to thank all diaspora customers for the support to Optiven vision of Economically and Socially empowering and transforming the Society.”
