Nairobi Woman Representative Esther Passaris on Saturday graduated from the United States International University (USIU) with a Bachelor of Science Degree in International Business Administration.
The 52-year-old took to her official Twitter page on Saturday to share with Kenyans her excitement on graduating.
She wrote: “Last year I set a goal and worked towards it. Today, I’m proud to join my fellow graduands as the #ClassOf2017. #USIUgrad17,”.
However, Kenyans were quick to question how she managed to graduate that fast, when she only joined USIU last year.

In my view there is the…
In my view there is the reality and myth of education;
The reality is, for the rich, you get riches and power first, then seek education to crown it all. This type of education is strategic and smooth sailing.
The myth is, for the poor, get education first and hopefully riches and power may follow. This type of education is opportunistic mostly a pipe dream.
Nailed it!
Nailed it!

You don’t need a college degree to be successful in life or be elected as an MP, governor, president or vice president.
1. Look at the richest man in the USA – Bill Gates. He does not possess a college degree and see how he has transformed the business world?
2. Steve Jobs of the Apple does not have one either.
3. Look at the Wright Brothers from Dayton, Ohio. They made travelling manageable coming out with the idea of flying.
What is required in Kenya is the ability to communicate in Swahili language and pass the “Kenyan Constitution examination.”
Unless you are in the U.K, you don’t need to be fluent in the English language. John Majors was a British prime minister in 1980’s and yet he did not have a college degree. The current queen of England does not possess one either.
Let us stop the current madness in Kenya that you need a degree to hold a seat in parliament. That’s why people like Sonko can go to River Road and buy a fake degree and run for the governor of Nairobi.
The former governor of Nairobi Kidero has a doctorate. See how he messed up the sugar industry in Mumias and how he messed up Nairobi as a governor.
