President Uhuru Kenyatta and retired President Daniel Arap Moi have led the nation in mourning former Cabinet Minister Nicholas Biwott, popularly knows as ‘Total Man’. President Uhuru described him as a generous man who was fully devoted to the education of young Kenyans, while Moi said he has lost a longtime friend.

The head of state said the veteran politician was dedicated to uplifting the community and the country at large. Uhuru in a statement noted that it was difficult to find the words to describe Biwott’s death.

“From humble beginnings in Elgeyo Marakwet, he worked successively in the Ministry of Agriculture, Treasury, and in the Ministry of Home Affairs,” Uhuru said.

“He funded many scholarships, and never ceased to insist that young men and women take every opportunity to improve themselves… Many of us have cause to be thankful for this aspect of his character. He never forgot where he came from,” Uhuru said in his condolence message.

“These were the qualities that propelled his rise through the ranks of government. They were balanced by his private warmth, wit, attention to detail, and love of family.” Uhuru added.

On his side, retired President Daniel Arap Moi who was great friend with Biwott said he was sad to lose a friend he knew since 1950s.

“He initiated community projects to alleviate the suffering of the Keiyo people whom he represented for years,” Moi said. “We pray to God to give the family of the late courage to bear the loss of their loved one,” he added.

I feel for the family that they had lost their loved ones. He was a dad/brother/grandfather/cousin. To the rest of Kenyans this man can be compared to Hitler. He did so much evil in Kenya and Kenyans will tell it as it is. evil man

Condolences to one fallen murderer as we eagerly await the death of another Kenyan murderer, inciter, political prostitute and conman who heads the Ojinga Demonic Movement a.k.a O.D.M my uncle Ojinga.
Oh how we beseech God to help Kenya by getting rid of my uncle a.k.a lord of poverty, retrogressive and blood thirsty politics.

Funny thing that this guy, who owned everything everywhere, caused pain to everybody everywhere, a multi bilionare thief, died after so many had innocently died, could not be saved by all that money he stached everywhere. Look Look at his face. Whatever was had made him look miserable. Pray to my God that I died honorably from the sweat of my doubles than die from cries of orphans and innocent victims that I ever heart. Rest in peace “Total Man.”

I just got back from Kenya a few days ago and saw Koigi Wa Wamwere( I don’t necessarily concur with his politics) on Kenyatta Avenue interacting freely with wananchi. A friend who used to work at Serena Hotel told me that Biwott would only eat what’s on the buffet but no meal would be prepared for him individually. WIlliam Kabogo is equally paranoid. In life, I have learned that you keep yourself in an awful jail when you swindle money from people or sleep with someone else’s wife……With all the money in the world, I wouldn’t wish to have lived Nicholas Biwott’s life. No saree.
