The Central Bank of Kenya has approved a new remittance service called LemFi.

This development is expected to significantly benefit over 500,000 members of the Kenyan diaspora. Developed by RightCard Payment Services Limited in collaboration with Wapi Pay, LemFi is a mobile application that offers a convenient and efficient means for Kenyans residing abroad to send funds back to their homeland. This innovative app empowers users in the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada to transfer money directly to M-PESA, Mobile Money, and Bank Accounts within minutes, ensuring swift transactions at the most favourable exchange rates available.

Notably, LemFi enables users to remit money to M-PESA without incurring any transfer fees, a feature that sets it apart from many existing services in the market. RightCard Payment Services Limited has expressed its delight at receiving approval from the Central Bank of Kenya, emphasizing that this is a significant milestone in its mission to facilitate seamless international payments for the Kenyan diaspora.

The company has also reiterated its commitment to providing secure and efficient services while adhering to the regulatory framework set by the Central Bank of Kenya, ensuring the highest level of transparency and accountability. To access this remittance service, potential customers can download the LemFi app from the Apple AppStore or Google Play Store, or visit the official website at www.lemfi.com.

The organization actively engages with its audience through various social media platforms and email communications, ensuring that users are kept informed about the latest updates and offerings.

So, if GoK wants to get your money, it’s very easy. Unless you stay with it kwa mfuko.
