Kenyan Man Accused of Molesting an Autistic Woman in Leicester, Massachusetts in 2020 Still on the Run

A Kenyan man wanted in the United States for sexual assault is yet to be arrested more than a year after he committed the said offense.

An investigation by Boston 25 News reporter Ted Daniel revealed that Brian Njeri, who is accused of molesting a 21-year-old disabled woman at an autistic residential community home in Leicester, Massachusetts, is still on the run.

Court documents seen by the Boston 25 News investigative reporter show the suspect videotaped himself sexually assaulting the non-verbal autistic woman, who was under his care at ARCHway residential community home in Leicester.

Brian, who graduated from Leicester High School in 2014, fled the US in November 2020, just days before he was charged with sexual assault and Leicester police issued a warrant for his arrest. He was charged with four counts of indecent assault on a person with intellectual disabilities.

He is alleged to have committed the offense around Thanksgiving in 2020, according to documents. Court documents say Brian is likely to have gone into hiding in his native Kenya.

Contacted for comment on the matter, the Worcester County District Attorney’s Office told Boston 25 the status of this case is “unchanged at this time.”

Chuck Jordan, the president of the New York City-based International Bounty Hunters Union said the US government will have to file a formal request for Brian’s extradition should he be arrested in Kenya.

“Out of all the countries he could be in Africa, Kenya is one of the better countries to work with. Perseverance is what is going to bring this guy to justice. There will need to be some time and effort on the part of the local prosecutors, The Department of Justice, Office of International Affairs and the Department of State, and the Kenyan government,” he told the publication.

I am so glad that I do not know you cause I would put a bullet in your head. You really can’t fix stupid. And it seems they do not come as stupid as @MsonoBari.

      • Well said. raging hormones…
Well said. raging hormones simply signal transition from “boyhood to “adulthood”much like menstruation signals woman hood. That’s all. There after societies have structured means of dealing with these changes, and rape is not part of it.
Lastly but not least, one cannot die without sex.

  4. This is horrendous! If true,…
This is horrendous! If true, I hope he gets caught and quick. He is a danger to society and there is no telling that he will not continue with these shenanigan’s whenever he lands. Anyone who mistreats a person with special needs should be locked up in my book. These are the most venerable populations in our midst and they deserve to be treated as human beings and protected from the likes of Brian. If he thinks running to Kenya is a get out of jail card, he is so wrong. America has a very long arm of the law and they will catch up with him.

Some of you JUDGE(rs) sound Drunk on the PPP Money you’ve been “Sleeping with”. You LIE and STEAL from the Federal Government for PPP Money and Turn around to mercilessly Judge this man. His SUPERVISORs are the Faults here!!!

@MsonoBari. You are just a troll. His supervisor did not direct him to rape. Are you insane. It people like you that need to be removed from society. If you think someone who raped a person with special needs should be let go scot free, then i think you have never met or dealt with such venerable people and you have no idea what you are talking about. How is PPP related to this rape. The fact that you are spouting unrelated issues means you have nothing to add to this conversation and your are just here show how stupid and dumb.

The guilty are always afraid, that’s why he is hiding.
Even inmates despise sex offenders, most likely if caught and jailed, he will be killed in prison.
He can run all he wants, but he will eventually be caught, depending on how much the government is putting up for his arrest.

Not to excuse his conduct but it’s noteworthy the party’s age. Doubtful these patients lack desires their entire life. He’s young and handsome and innocently developed a relationship leading to a crime.
