Museveni's Son Threatens to 'Capture Nairobi' with His Army

Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni’s son Muhoozi Kainerugaba on Monday caused a storm after making a series of controversial tweets about Kenya.

In one of the posts, Kainerugaba, a high-ranking Ugandan Army commander, warned that his army would only need less than two weeks to capture Kenya’s capital Nairobi.

“It wouldn’t take us, my army and me, 2 weeks to capture Nairobi,” read the tweet that attracted anger from Kenyans online.

The 48-year-old went on to provoke Kenyans on social media by asking where he should live when the Ugandan army captures Nairobi.

“I’m happy that members of our district in Kenya, have responded enthusiastically to my tweet. It’s still 2 weeks to Nairobi! After our army captures Nairobi, where should I live? Westlands? Riverside?” he posed.

Kainerugaba, who is the commander of the land forces of the Uganda People’s Defense Force, further faulted former President Uhuru Kenyatta for not seeking a third term, saying he could have easily won the August 9th election.

“Just spoke to my big brother, Afande Uhuru. An incredible man! I love him for his courage, honesty and intelligence! He will visit Uganda soon,” he tweeted, accompanied by two photos of Kenyatta.

“My only problem with my beloved big brother is that he didn’t stand for a third term. We would have won easily!”

The general also mocked Kenyans’ strict observance of the rule of law and fidelity to the Constitution.

“Haha! I love my Kenyan relatives. Constitution? Rule of law? You must be joking! For us, there is only the Revolution and you will soon learn about it!” he tweeted.

….ati “we would have won easily”…..so now UG son of M7 is to UK what M7 is to WSR? Are we a sandwich or mixed grill or tumbukiza? Someone tell this righteous good-looking young-turk to shut-up his spoilt brat mouth, Kenyans have said no to dictators, let him sort his father out…not us.

Only men with little brain, and insecurity go out trying to prove to the world that their cojones are bigger. I wonder what prompted this ingrate neighbor to spew such confrontational verbiage.
So if you can beat your brother,or father, without provocation, that is a show of strength? Why did you pick on Kenya,a peaceful country full of Ugandans who ran from poverty and a daily diet of matoke.
This an affront to the Kenya army that is ranked,or considered more powerful than the Ugandan army, despite their headcount.
As always talk is cheap. If you really have big cojones just try.
I will treat this as ajoke. No sane military leader with an inferior rag-tag army would dare flex his muscle on more powerful army with more fire power. This would be suicide. And ofcourse he is safe in the knowledge that he will only attack Kenya in his dreams.Like he dreams of living in beautiful Westlands.Keep dreaming. You are safe that way.

This man is threatened by Kenya’s elections and the peaceful transfer of power.
He is really talking to our brothers and sisters in Uganda warning them about thinking of becoming Kenya because by doing so, there will be no dynasty in Uganda and consequently he does not become anything in Uganda.
His position of being the next President of Uganda is on shaky ground.
As Muhoozi thinks of violence, in Kenya peace is at our door step.
May all his evil thoughts and Kenya’s enemies both within and without be scattered seven ways by our creator!!
