We Shall Take Raila to the International Criminal Court, Devolution CS Mwangi Kiunjuri Warns

Devolution Cabinet Secretary Mwangi Kiunjuri says that Jubilee had invited the International Criminal Court (ICC) to monitor opposition National Super Alliance (NASA) presidential candidate Raila Odinga’s moves.

Kiunjuri said that the Hague-based court will arrest Raila if there is bloodshed in Kenya.

Speaking in Samburu county said said the government has already invited ICC investigators to look into possible plot by the opposition leader to cause chaos in the county.

“If there is bloodshed in this county after October 26th, we shall not hesitate to take Raila to the ICC to answer for it,” Kiunjuri said.

The Opposition leader has maintained that there will be no elections on October 26th, if the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission fails to give in to their demands dubbed “irreducible minimums”.

Among the demands the opposition outfit is making is the removal of 11 IEBC officials including CEO Ezra Chiloba and two Commissioners.

Raila also want French biometrics firm, OT-Morpho which provided IEBC with IT services in the last month’s polls and Dubai-based printing firm Al Ghurair, which printed ballots for the poll blacklisted from the repeat election.

    No need. Raila should be extinguished in Kenya if he decides to use his ‘force’ to undermine the country. That is in order.

    @Ben:

    I would like to share with you the words of wisdom from the former Bishop of the Anglican church in South Africa Desmond Tutu. He once said, ” Human beings have an extra ordinary capacity for evil. But they have an incredible capacity for good.”

    We should make every effort to dig out our hidden forces of goodness on a daily basis and share it with our brothers and sisters in Kenya, Africa, and the rest of the world.

    My experiences on earth is that ” evil forces are brave, while ” forces of goodness ” are shy. It’s time for all the forces of goodness to intimidate the brave forces of evil.

    Long live the forces of goodness. Death to all forces of evil.

    I agree Raila should be extinguished. He has nothing to loose. He was the cause of post election violence and bow he is inciting and invoking violence. He should be under house arrest and given no airtime like he is getting. Raila you are a disgrace to our peaceful country kenya..
