A Kenyan citizen residing in the United States is currently engaged in a custody battle as he claims that his wife absconded with their young child.
The man claims that the woman’s family has prevented him from spending quality time with his child by ignoring his biological bond with the kid. The couple, whose identities are withheld to safeguard the child’s privacy, tied the knot in June 2019, and the baby was born in September 2021. Until January 2023, they resided in North Carolina before embarking on a trip to Kenya for vacation. The couple had resolved that the wife would accompany the child to visit her relatives in Kenya for two weeks.
However, when the man arrived to collect them as previously arranged, the wife’s family vehemently refused. The wife’s animosity was evident as she rejected the gifts he had bought for her. This compelled him to extend his stay in Kenya, hoping to reconcile their differences but they maintained their stance. Recently, the husband stumbled upon proof indicating that his wife had manipulated their child’s birth documents. To his surprise, he also learned that she had clandestinely moved to Texas, leaving their child behind in Kenya under the care of her mother.
On the contrary, the wife argues that it was, in fact, the husband who left them behind once they reached Kenya. In her defence, she asserts that after their arrival, the husband accompanied them to her hometown in Kisii, only to sneakily return to the United States and later demand custody of their child. According to her, it was the husband’s relatives in Kitale who pushed her aside, treating her with hate upon their arrival in Kenya. The wife claims that the husband has been subjecting her to torment, resulting in their eventual separation.
In her perspective, she holds the belief that it is in the child’s best interest for her to be granted custody. Although she acknowledges leaving the child under her mother’s care while she returned to the US, she accuses her husband of withholding the child’s travel documents. During the recent court hearing, the husband produced an order from a US district court which granted him temporary custody of the child. This order also authorized him to bring the child back to the US from Kenya.

No one should be stuck with his own race woman because other options are readily available. My buddy recently dumped his Kenyan girlfriend after she demanded that he take her out to a $500 Restaurant for a date because it cost her a lot to buy make ups, clothes and high heels! He cancelled the date and dumped her the same day. Two weeks later he met a model looking girl from Venezuela (talk, skinny, nice natural skin tone, healthy, natural long black hair, etc) and they are both very happy and satisfied.
