Kenyan Comedian 'Brigeddia General' Graduates from US Military Academy

Kenyan comedian Francis Onono, alias Brigeddia General, on Friday graduated from the US military academy.

Onono broke the good news through Facebook, describing his graduation as a dream come true.

Onono, who makes regular appearances on The Churchill Show, said he graduated as a soldier at Fort Sill Oklahoma in the 1-31 Bravo Battery, 434th Field Artillery.

“Put your hands together, let’s celebrate this achievement as a team. A dream that came true, 30 years later,” an elated Onono wrote.

He added: “And to all the young men out there, believe that dreams do come true. It’s just a matter of time. Chase your dreams. Don’t give up no matter what. Rest if you have to, but don’t you stop. Don’t you ever give up.”

Kenyans online led by Churchill Show founder Daniel Ndambuki, popularly known as Churchill, congratulated Onono for the achievement.

Ndambuki wrote: “Congratulations to our very own Brigeddia General on joining the US Army. Back then he had a dream.”

Onono, who previously worked as a Kenya Forest Service (KFS) ranger, is also a songwriter, poet, and musician with several songs to his name including Binadam, Mweshimiwa, Hendisheki, and Kenya Hii. He joined Churchill Show in 2014 to perform comical poetry.

“I didn’t know they had a chance comical poetry in the show. I went for the audition and they liked my presentation and called me to perform on the show,” he said in a past interview.

Onono – please stay away from class VI Army shops (liquor stores) if you want to make Ranks! Develop your new dreams quietly. Avoid negative counseling!! Be obedient and work hard!

Look into continuing your education to get promoted. Please don’t mess with babes if you want to be successful in the US Army. Respect your superiors and peers alike! Be a hard worker! Do not get in any documented trouble!

I joined the US army as a buck private, and 24 years later I retired as a senior officer! Now living a good life with my family!

Are you currently enlisted in any branch of the US military? If not, enlist first, then once you graduate from AIT, ask me that question!

    • Wololo! You got straight to…
Wololo! You got straight to the point. Over 80% of Kenyans dutifully serve massa with no idea. They say true power never shows itself. You have no idea who your enemy is…just fighting proxies. The education system trains ppl to be obedient to all authority- never mind what authority and if you are among the very lucky few, will get a reward for protecting the status-quo propping the few elites and their order.
A friend told me zamani -the kaburu army is no place for a black man. Muhammad Ali did time refusing to fight for the rich causes and blow up vietnams heads coz they werent his current or historical enemy. Most info is available in primo history. Know who your enemies are. Bila that clarity, you will find yourself taking orders and fighting for BS causes, some fake and some wrong as they own you even your life.

That picha on top reminded me very much of another US military product one Sam Doe of Liberia. They have “trained” countless regimes in South america mpaka wananchi of those nations threw them out. My only fear for this kijana is what happens when he is faced with the unthinkable …like that black kid in Mali who learned too late and paid dearly with his life. You sent to fight your own people! Notice when it comes to wars wanajaza wafrika, wa latino and raia in expendable ground troops to die for THEIR causes, lakini when it comes to tawala, you are just a foot soldier used and discarded by them.
Even the officers are not spared. That black 5 star general guy finally admitted he suffered many sleepless nights, depression and mental breakdown when he was used by Bush admin to testify to the UN (world at large) that there were WMDs in Iraq needing invasion. The world thought, here is a black guy who can be trusted kumbe he was duped too and ever since, the black brand suffered irreperably. Gone are the days when black civil rights leaders would secure freedom of hostages that nuclear powers couldnt budge. Sasa with this increase in troops of black minorities, wafrika will not hold the space they used to.
Oh and BTW KDF is no different. Your elites pocket most of the proceeds and send you to fight BS wars with little or no training compared to your enemies. Thats why you hear of shocking slaughters of entire companies with these guys totally unprepared.
