Lies. Uongo. Lies. When I intended to return home sometimes back, I called and emailed KRA after Uhuru, on his visit here, reiterated that any diaspora returning home could not only go with one vehicle, but could also sell his/her left hand car, buy a right hand one in any other country, and use those documentations to get it in duty free.
    An arrogant KRA staff responded:
“Hizo ni siasa za Uhuru. It has to be put into law which takes a long time. Hakuna kitu kama hicho. Utalipa.” Damn!
