Kenyan Rugby Sevens team, Shujaa had a rough start at the USA Sevens in Las Vegas on Friday.
The Kenyan side fell 26-10 to Mike Friday’s USA in their first match before receiving another 31-7 beating in the hands of France.
The Kenyan team mainly comprises of new and upcoming players with a bright future.
Shujaa’s next fixture is against a strong Argentina side that thrashed USA 26-24.
Argentina is on the top of Pool B having won its first two fixtures and is assured of moving to the next round for the Cup competition.
Kenya’s encounter with Argentina is scheduled for Saturday at 12.50 p.m.
Despite losing, Kenyan fans led by the famous cheerleader George Mukoasi turned up in large numbers to cheer up Shujaa.
