Tanzania star singer Ali Kiba and his Kenyan wife Amina Khalef are expecting their first child, months after walking down the aisle.
The two exchanged vows in an exquisite Muslim wedding ceremony held in Mombasa on April 19th, 2018, followed by a white wedding days later in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. They tied the knot after dating secretly for close to two years.
“We are expecting a baby early next year, God-willing. Katika dini yetu, we believe it is a blessing to get married and after a few months to get a baby. This will be my fourth child now,” says Ali Kiba during an interview with Radio Jambo‘s Massawe Japanni.
The Seduce Me hitmaker has also for the first time opened up on how he met the 23-year-old Khalef from Mombasa. “I met my wife in Nairobi, when she was a student at USIU, and we started dating. She was my fan and we got to know each other and finally, we ended up together. “
“She is so understanding and I’m sure she has no fear and I love her so much. I have known her to be a respectful person and that is why we have not had drama for the eight months we have been married,” he adds.
The musician has three other kids from his past relationships and says he takes care of them. “You cannot live with a person if you don’t understand each other, and that is exactly what happened. I take care of my children, though,” he says.
