Self-declared National Resistance Movement (NRM) general Miguna Miguna’s supporters in the United States are planning to hold a demonstration in protest of the hostility meted on him by the Kenyan government.
Miguna backers will reportedly stage a peaceful protest outside the United Nations headquarters in New York to bring to the attention of the international community the injustices committed by the government on the former Nairobi gubernatorial aspirant.
The firebrand lawyer was thrown out of the country for the second time on Wednesday night, despite numerous court orders directing for his release.
His deportation came after he landed at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport from Canada on Monday afternoon, but Immigration authorities denied him entry after he reportedly refused to comply to clearance procedures at the airport.
He is currently stranded in Dubai, where he was taken ill moments after a flight that ferried him from Kenya landed. Miguna has insisted he will not agree to be flown to any other destination other than Kenya.

If you Diaspora supporters of Miguna Miguna are of sound mind, advise your NRM general to respect the immigration laws of Kenya by presenting his Canadian passport, obtain a visa and fight his battles from within Kenya. He cannot win any battles from without Kenya. He needs help in Dubai, so donate and send him money. Miguna is a smart bright fool. He has been mislead by Orengo and now he is in all this trouble.

For the demonstrators, next time you plan on going to kenya, refuse to show your passport when going thru security at the airport in us and how far you will get, you can try to be like miguna and you will catch a federal case, also remember if you are a us resident it might be your last time in us. Migunas case is so simple he doesn’t to have finished standard one. he only had to hear and do, give me your passport, the passport gets stamped and off he would have gone. Miguna knows what he must do, so you all to be demonstrating, its showing how, you lack understanding of the rule of law. Next time you are stopped by an officer refuse to show id in the us, then write an article here let us know how it went.
