Newly-wed musician and entrepreneur Esther Akoth, popularly known as Akothee, has announced that she will fly her entire bridal party to Switzerland.

Through Instagram on Thursday, the mother of five said her second wedding to her Swiss husband Denis Schweizer ‘Omosh’ is set for July 10th in Switzerland. 

The second wedding will allow for Denis’ family who lives in Switzerland to attend.

"Allow me to introduce to you The Royal Bridal Party gang, our super gang. Heading to Switzerland on the 10t July 2023 Esther Weds Denis,” Akothee said.

She added: “The whole of this year. I am getting married. Start your planning next year.”

The two tied the knot on Easter Monday at the Windsor Golf and Country Club in Nairobi in an exquisite ceremony attended by some of the biggest names in Kenyan politics, media, and entertainment industries.

Akothee wore her highly publicized Sh700,000 white gown while her husband wore a white Achkan also known as Sherwani.

The white-themed event saw guests come out rocking elegant attires with a touch of gold, with clear instructions not to wear white.

The wedding was held on Akothee’s 40th birthday.
