Why not just poison them? There are other ways of killing them than buying guns. Employ our youth to find traditional ways of eliminating the dogs. Spend the money to develop farmland and feed our population. Don't waste money buying foreign equipment to solve local problems that can be solved locally. More than 50,000 stray dogs...Wow, why did they have to wait till that number? If the number had been capped at 2000, that would have been cheap,or easy to handle.

Did Sonko had a head count for Nairobi stray dogs to know they are approximately 50,000?. This is another igneous way of stealing money from the county government. This governors have become very industrious in the way of finding loopholes to steal government money without being accused of corruption. They are creating virtual departments and allocating them with millions of shillings which end up in their pockets. Waititu is a good example.
