49 MPs Who are Yet to Speak in Parliament Nine Months after Taking Oath Exposed

Forty-nine Members of Parliament are yet to make their maiden speech on the floor of the National Assembly, nine months after taking oath office, reports by leading dailies the Standard and People Daily say.
