Qatar Offers 1,260 Jobs to Kenyans with Salaries up to Sh74,000

Kenya's Ministry of Labour and Social Protection has announced the availability of 1,260 job positions in Qatar.
The job offers present competitive salaries and comprehensive benefits to successful candidates. Labour and Social Protection Cabinet Secretary Alfred Mutua has confirmed that the monthly salaries for these roles could reach up to Sh74,000. The employment packages also include medical coverage, transportation, and accommodation arranged by the hiring company, presenting a significant opportunity for Kenyans looking to work abroad.
To facilitate the recruitment process, candidates will be required to pay a processing fee equivalent to one month’s salary. This fee will cover essential costs, including medical examinations and other pre-departure expenses. The Ministry is moving to expedite the recruitment process aiming for immediate placements. Qualified applicants are encouraged to attend a recruitment event scheduled for February 19, 2025, at Leomar Court, located at the intersection of Chiromo Lane and Westlands Road, or at Tyme Arcade Building in Ongata Rongai.
The event will run from 8 am to 5 pm. Candidates must present their CVs, passport copies, and relevant certificates, compiled as a single PDF document, which should be emailed to shainate2019@gmail.com.

The available job positions cover a variety of roles, including 40 skid loader operators, 30 backhoe loader operators, 40 mobile crane operators, and more. For Kenyans who have already obtained employment in Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Germany, and other destinations, Mutua reassures them that their travel arrangements will proceed as scheduled.
